Under Way:

On October 6, 2009 we presented our newest project to the Development Review Board in the City of South Burlington.  Our sketch plan consists of a nine lot multi-zoned subdivision.  We are looking at having seven Industrial Commercial lots that range from 3.1 acres to 10.3 acres, one lot that is Commercial Limited Retail that is 1.5 acres and one Residential lot that will be 23.1 acres.  The Residential lot we have no intention of pursuing development on at this time.  We were delighted to receive the okay from the City of South Burlington to proceed to preliminary plan.  

Currently we are in the process of obtaining all the necessary permits for this project and anticipate having this process take a year or two. 

Our Vision for this project to provide Industrial Commercial opportunities for businesses who want to be located in South Burlington, with easy access and convenience.
