It's History

We started construction on the first phase of this development in 1985 and since then have sold multiple lots (several were build to suit packages) and constructed pre-engineered metal buildings on several, which we currently offer for lease. The multi-tenant buildings range in size from 13,400 square feet to 27,500 square feet. Our tenants include national, regional and local companies.
