Conveniently located in South Burlington on Hinesburg Road on 3 beautiful acres, Country Park has 76 apartments on three floors with elevator access. The large Community Room has a kitchen, TV/VCR/DVD, pool table, sitting area and tables with chairs for gatherings. The laundry room is on the first floor. The second and third floor lounges also have TVs, sitting area and tables. There is also some storage area available to residents. CCTA provides bus service to Country Park Apartments. Please check the CCTA bus schedule for times.

Activities

Activities offered at Country Park are: weekly bingo, exercise class, holiday dinners, picnics and trips. There is garden space available to interested residents during the summer. There is a Resident Association at Country Park that is entirely voluntary. This group meets monthly to bring up ideas with management and plan activities.

Services

Services offered at Country Park are foot clinic, flu shot clinic, homemaker services. There is a weekly Shopping Bus available to take residents grocery shopping. Country Park does not have on-site medical services. We do not provide meals, nursing staff, or any type of personal care. There is a Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) employed by O'Brien Brothers Agency. The RSC assists residents at Country Park in accessing community services so residents are able to remain in their homes for as long as they are able and desire to live there.
