O'Brien Farm Phase Three

We are proud to announce we are planning process for the addition of 75 homes to South Burlington's O'Brien Farm. Phase One and Two provided 150 spacious and affordable condominums in a beautiful setting between Hinesburg Road and Kennedy Drive. Our planned additions will feature new homes in the beautiful countryside just south of the current development.
