anne200.jpgAnne Duplin, Property Manager/Resident Service Coordinator

Anne is not a native Vermonter (although we don't hold that against her); she chose Vermont as her home, emigrating from Connecticut when she was 21. Anne has a varied and extensive experience in the property management industry, beginning her housing career in her early thirties. Prior to that, she trained and educated children with brain injuries, mental retardation and autism.

She attended college while a young mother and received her BA in holistic health. Although she doesn't practice professionally, she is adept at a variety of forms of plant medicine. It is a pleasure to visit her in her office as you glimpse into some of the natural and healthful ways about her and who she is.

Prior to joining O'Brien Brothers Agency in early 2005, Anne managed the largest and one of the most challenging low-income family properties in the state. She has also served as contract administrator for the Vermont State Housing Authority, auditing our properties here at O'Brien Brothers Agency. She holds various certifications from the National Center for Housing Management. As a result of her experience and education, Anne is very well-rounded and can look at things in a way that most can't. She has insight from both a regulator's and a manager's point of view.

Anne enjoys her career and takes great pride in her work. She is extremely organized, compassionate and has the ability to get things done. Most importantly, she has a love of working with people and has a great deal of respect for the families she works with through O'Brien Brothers Agency.

Anne loves the outdoors and spends much of her free time hiking the hills of Vermont, kayaking, skiing, and snowshoeing. She shares her love of nature with her young grandchildren as often as she can.

We are thrilled to have Anne as a part of our team at O'Brien Brothers Agency!
