Production Park is a 37 lot Industrial/Commercial Business Park located along Marshall Avenue in Williston, VT, conveniently located just minutes from Taft Corners, Downtown Burlington, Interstate 89 Exit 12 and the Burlington International Airport.

We started construction on the first phase of this development in 1985 and since then have sold multiple lots (several were build to suit packages) and constructed pre-engineered metal buildings on several, which we currently offer for lease.
